The ingredients you will need are:
8 ounces of ground pork, you can substitute another ground meat (beef, turkey) if you like.
1 16-18 ounce block of tofu
1 tsp ginger paste or freshly minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
2-3 Tbsp toban djan (chili bean sauce)
3-4 scallions or a small bunch of garlic chives to garnish
